Did you Move to Lose Today
Greetings all,
Its that time of day everyone where you tell us how you "Moved To Lose" today and remember everything counts, housework, washing your car, playing with the dog............Important thing id that we just keep moving.
Well its Saturday Morning and I have already did my workout on the treadmill. Went to the park last night and did the walk. I was the only one and I will tell ya, its boring walking alone.....
We will see what today brings might head up there again tonight. If anyone is interested, just let me know.

forgor to post the totals from yesterday. We walked, ran, biked and just moved a total of 10.23 miles. There are some numbers missing but will get them next time

Hey,
I am gonna try to get some good walking in today. My hip seems to be a lot better. I didn't post yesterday since I did minimal walking at home and work so that my hip could get better.
I will update later on how much walking I actually did
** Update... I walked a few blocks in downtown riverside on the way to dinner and then walked a few more blocks just for fun :)

I did bike intervals. 25 min. warm up and then 2x5k at high intensity.

Went to nthe LA County Fair tomight and logged 7,145 steps. And accoeding to my meter was 2.412 miles and burned almost 400 calories. Yayyyyy me!!! =)
