If you have been consistent in your training up until now you will be ok. In fact, you should have been tapering off this week and resting until Sunday! You are as ready as you can be and there isn't any running you can do in the next few days that will make you more ready.
Any race that you finish is a good race...running, walking, crawling. It doesn't matter! :D
I hope I get to see you at the six mile mark!
