Certfied Personal Trainer, Inland Empire and surrounding

As some of you know, I recently became certified as a Personal Trainer.  I am now taking clients.  This is such an exciting endeavor for me.  It was my major goal after my WLS, and I did it.    I wanted to be a resource for newbies, and those who want to get back on track, who need the understaning and support of somebody who can relate.  If you want a personal trainer who has been there, and understands your needs, give me a call.  We can discuss your budget, goals, and options.
