SEEKING CLOTHING EXCHANGE IN SFV/LA AREA

The good news is I've lost 63 pounds since my surgery date.  The bad news is practically none of my clothes fit, and I can't afford to replace them right now.  I recall there used to be a clothing exchange here on the site, but I can't locate it.  Anyway, I'm 5'10" and wear a size 18 now.  So if anyone has any clothes, especially ones I can wear in an office setting, please let me know.

Come to the Long Beach Coffee Club Last Saturday of the month.  There is always plenty of clothes to choose from.  I will be getting rid of more 18's and 16's then, but I am way to short for you :-( Only 5' 1". (I am now officially down to a size 14)

La La and carol....I am so glad to see you all from the SFV...Can you please tell me where there is a support group I could attend here in the Valley??? I would so appreciate any info on this.
I dont know of a clothing exchange here but congratulations to you both on the weight loss!!!

I've been looking for a support group myself out here in the SFV, but have come up nil.  I did attend a support group meeting at West Hills Hospital by a referral from someone here on OH, but was not welcomed by the facilitator as I did not have surgery with their surgeon and hospital.  That kind of put me off for awhile, but now I am considering it again. 

Maybe you, I, and Carol could meet up for coffee sometime as we R all here in the SFV.  Let me know if you gals R interested.

I am totally interested in meeting...There is a support group I found out at Facey on Sepulveda in North Hills, I think everyother thursday night but will need to call on Monday to get more info. In the meantime pm me and we can set up a time to meet:)

I dont know where you ladies are but I know the LB coffee is good place as stated before.

Also depending on where you are I know of a support group that mets every other Thursday in West Covina I can give you more information if you want.

I am going not this Thursday but the following when they have the meeting this Thursday is an options class for Kaiser WLS.

I'd love to know more about the West Covina one, I'm not far away at all.
