Working hard at it!!!
Hi all it has been a few weeks since i posted. I did go back to the beginning and just drinking protein shakes,water water water,broth,then added a few things like tuna,beef,chicken small portions and the jello and popsicles I am happy to say that instead of gaining i have lost 13 lbs if sure feels good to be back on the right track and I am even starting out with walking and working out. I am glad I cam back herre it gave me what I need the support of you all I had gained 30 lbs back and now I am going to get it OFF!! I even found a neibor who is going to start walking with me. I have my 5 hour reconstructive surgery on my foot on Oct 23 then I will be in a wheel chair for 2 months. my birthday is on Oct 14 and everyone wants to go to dinner I said thanks but I will pass i know my limits and where i might get week.
Thank you so much Barb It really made me feel so good inside the weight yes but mentally Wow I did not think I could do it I was trying but cutting back and all that wasn't working I had to get Stern with myself and start over and do just like I did before the surgery and loose the weight before the surgery. thanks again.

Congratulations! You are proof that we can always return to the discipline and behaviour our tool has provided us. It's never too late! 13lbs is fantastic! I can imagine how proud you must feel...and attitude is 90% of the game ;-) Keep up the good work!
