So I have been trying to get in my exercise daily to lose my preop weight. I haven't been working out like I should and I know it but what ya gonna do.

So yesterday I broke down and bought a Wii Fit plus. We already had the Wii and that is really fun but I thought if I got the Wii fit plus that I might actually use it. So after using it yesterday for about 30 mins, I woke up today had some breakfast and worked that thing for over an hour. I did over 1700 steps in 20 mins using just the free step feature. I did some of the other cardio exercises, some strength training, and yoga (I have to work on this).

So I think I am in love and I really believe I could use this everyday. So if you are thinking about getting one of these I would say go for it. I absoluetly love it.

Nathalie :)

I have the Wii Fit (not the plus) and I really like it too. I just recently got the EA Active for the Wii and it kicks my booty!  Really makes me work up a sweat and burn some calories.  You can also use the Wii Balance board with it, which is great.

I love it so far and hope I keep loving it. I plan on getting some of th other games that are compatable with the board too but not just yet :)

Thanks I will keep at it. I really like it and on and off today I did it for about 2 hours. It doesn't even seem like I was using it for that long. I love the cardio it has and have dabbled in the yoga and strength training. Right now I am just getting used to the exercises.

Thanks for sharing, my daughter has the Wii and I have heard many people talk about the exercise games.  I think I am convinced that I have to check it out.

As far as I can tell it is the same except the actual game has more to do on it. There are training plus "mini games" and more of the training sections. I like it so far and am actually getting a workout in everyday :)

Plus there is a way you can measure pets and babies (weight only)
, 15 new balance games and 6 new strength and yoga activities, and a calorie burned feature. This is just what I have read... since I did not have the original.

Hope this helps

Nathalie
