Did you Move to Lose today
Greetings all,
I apologize for being MIA for the past few days but my computer decided it didnt want to let me on the internet. Just got it back from the computer doctor and everything seems to be fine so far.
So tell us how you Moved to Lose today and rember everything counts. We would really like to get the numbers from the Long Beach Marathon participants so please chime in.
For me, I did something new...... I found a program on Fit TV with a guy name Gilad hosting and doing the workout. I recorded the episode this weekend and I will tell you........It kicked my butt
I was sp out of breath and sweating up a storm but got 24 mins out of a 30 min workout routine. Never would have been able to do that before. Gonna try and get a walk in tonight if its not raining at the park.

Wondered where you went. I bought the Wii fit over the weekend and have been mastering all of that since.
I did 7040 steps today, did 10 minutes of yoga (gonna work on longer times), and 15 mins of strength training (working on longer times for this too). Man can I say that my legs are sore from the step feature on the Wii... or maybe it was the yoga...

I walked 1.25 miles on the treadmill and then 30 mins of my personal trainer kicking my butt!!! Hopefully I'll see you Friday at the park :)

I moved to lose yesterday! 4 mile run in the rain!!!!!!! I started out wearing a poncho to stay dry, but found that it got too sweaty underneath. I ended up ditching the poncho around mile 2 and just let it rain all over me. It felt great!!!!
Plans for the rest of the week.....another 45 minute run tomorrow night....and then 4 miles on Saturday.
