Is it normal?
Good evening OH family!
Ok so I am 3 weeks out as of this past monday. Im feeling great, almost like I didnt have surgery at all. Im tollerating stage 3 food very well and measuring everything I eat. Just about everything I eat is protien. Im walking around the marina and neighborhood every day for excercise. However for the last week the scale has not moved an ounce. (sorry guys) I am 2 days into my monthly cycle so Im guessing I have that extra water bloating going on. I used to go up like 5lb and eat everything in sight before surgery. Now I dont eat so Im guessing its the water.... Is this normal. Am I supposed to be stalling this soon?
Thanks ladies, sorry guys
Much love
Tegan

Yes, it's normal. You are being affected by your monthly visitor. I would almost bet that in a couple of days you'll be moving (the scale)again. Make sure you are drinking your water and supplements, as well!
Hey,
You're on your way!!!

I stop losing, sometimes gain a little bit every month right before that time of the month. I feel your pain.
Also, don't be surprised if you hit the dreaded first stall soon. After I was about a month out, I stalled for 36 days. I was going crazy. All you can do is do what your doc says, drink, exercise and get your protein in. There are lots of different explanations for it, but a lot of people get it.
When I start getting freaked about the scale, I put it away for a week.
Good luck!!!
