Oh hooray - I am so glad you dont need surgery on the shoulder - and I know how those injections help...Ihave had cortisone before and it was a miracle drug...it was on my wrist not my shoulder but probably kind of the same thing.   I love my boots and went today and bought brown and grey leggings and a few long sweaters and tops to wear with them...we need to go out to someplace so I/we can wear our rockin outfits and boots...

well put me down for a loss of  4.2 lbs.   and whoo Hoo I got under 300 this week.  The 24th is fine with me for LB Coffee, will work great!

I went to the doctor yesterday and i either have a bladder infection or more kidney stones, if the meds don't work, then I go in for an ultrasound or ct scan.  However, the meds are making me sooooooooo sick!  I don't even want to take them... Im barfing more than ever.  Sucks.

anyways.. Idk if I have a stricture or what but I can't eat reg foods and I get sick alot.  This bites it.  however, there are those days that I can hold food down so I just don't know.
