Did you Move to Lose today
Good day all,
Well its that time of day to tell us how Moved to Lose today and just remember that anything and everything counts....Impotant thing is that we all just keep moving.
I have been slacking as of late with the computer crashing on me and not being able to post our numbers for the past few days. But I think I got caught up and we have moved a total of 62.65 miles so far this week.......Pretty AWESOME if you ask me.
For me, I did a little walk on my treadmill and a 30 minute workout I recorded from Fit TV. This Gilad guy is a great motivator and his workouts are pretty tough. But, I feel the burn in the abs, thighs, arms and buttox. These areas needed to be worked and if the soreness is anything, its working.
Tomorrow morning I go in for Oral Surgery so I wont be able to post for the next few days. If anyone wants to post this topic, please feel free. I just dont want to see it die

Hey Rick I won't let you down! I walked 1 mile today. I am going to try for another one this afternoon. I am really finding out I start having enough energy after about 10:30 a.m. I am going to try to change my pilates classes to the 5:15 p.m. times.
