Ok...here's mine with updates.  If you have one, please post it.  Write one if you don't have one yet. It doesn't matter where you are in the process. I think I wrote this list eight months or so before I even had my RNY back in July of 2007.

List all the things you desire to do after losing the excess weight, no item is too impossible or insignificant!!!

Hi Monica,

I never thought about making a list of things I wanted to do post WLS. I have accomplished a few things, like sitting in an airline seat, and running up a flight of stairs. I will need to sit and think of some of the other things I would like to do. Good for you for all that you have accomplished. Have a great time in Hawaii in your bikini.

My lord Monica!  You really put some thought into this ;-)  My list isn't anywhere near as long but here goes:

Walk around the office block at least once without being out of breath or having to stop to rest---COMPLETED...now walk at least 3 times!

Mow one of the lawns and not be exhausted by the time I'm done...COMPLETED...and I've mowed both lawns on the same day!

Cross my legs at the knees...and have my leg hang down..not out straight to the side...COMPLETED

Wear a pair of knee high boots...still working up the courage to try this

Wear a dress again...that doesn't reach the floor...

Wear shorts in public, not just at the camp ground....COMPLETED..in Hawaii, for work no less!

Ride my bicycle again...and have it glide because my weight doesn't slow it down...

Wear a bathing suit...in spite of my batwings and charpei thighs LOL

There ya have it ^_*   Who's gonna show their list next?

People may think I'm strange...Well if you have been on here awhile you know my personality.  I have reached many of my goals, but now only have 4 to go.
#1.  Get below 200# again...The next three are up to the Lord (with my help on the weight and exercise front).
#2.  Walk my daughters down the aisle at one or both of their weddings.
#3.  Be old enough to collect Social Security...not from disability...But from old age!!
#4.  Be old enought to get Medicare!!
Having my first heart attack at 44 (with a double heart bypass), and being obese for over 25 years, just getting to old age would be fun.  Brian

hELLO MONICA,

You know I have never made a "bucket list".  I didn't even realize until post-op that I had some restrictions from being obese.  I guess I was just too comfortable being me.  Thanks for the reminder and sharing you weight loss success story.

Be blessed,
Marilyn
