Good morning all,

First I really want to thank Liz for keeping this post going for the past several days. It looks like we all have kept moving and even one completing her first 5k walk/run.......CONGRATS CINDY !!

So tell us what you did to Move to Lose today and remember everything counts from chasing grand kids to window shopping at the mall.......Important thing is we just keep moving.

For me, I am just going to take it easy for a few days. My oral surgery went well but I am still very swollen and real tendor to say the least. The bleeding stopped finally and I am able to talk a little better but have a long way to go. I think I will try to get in a short walk tonight at the park if I am up to it.

Have a greaqt day all and keep moving................Rick

Welcome bac Rick!  I am glad you are feeling better.

Well today I walked a mile.  I did not have enough energy to walk 2 like I wanted.  Maybe later this evening.

Hey Rick. I am glad that you are feeling a little better... but still take it easy.

So put me down for a 1.2 mile bike ride... that darn near killed me. Lets just say when you go to  buy a bike make sure you can fit it in the car or you end up riding it home unprepared... Won't let that happen again. Well talk to you later and take care.

Also gonna run around Knotts scary farm tonight. I should log quite a bit of miles doing that tonight :)

Welcome back Rick...Hope you're feeling better after the oral surgery. I spent the weekend at the Calvary Chapel Conference Center/Bible College in Murietta. With all the walking I did for the past 48 hours, I logged almost 4.5 miles. I feel great! Hope everyone is having a blessed Sunday.

Hi Rick!
Glad to hear thay you are feeling better. I have seen this post since you first started it. I have always wanted to contribute. But due to my own laziness and my allowing personal problems get in the way of what I want. I have remained pretty much a couch potato. I did do the Long Beach marathon 5k last week, but I have decided to claim my life back and I am making this thread a mandatory post for me from now. Today , I walked the 5k CHOC walk at Disneyland. Tomorrow, I will post again. Thank you for posting a thread where I am held accountable.

Hi Rick,
glad you are doing better, watch out and don't over do.  You should heal up just fine.

Today I did some walking in the city and at the market.  I only managed 2 miles a little less than I usually like but at least I did something.  It was cold in the city.  Glad to be back in the east bay where it is a little warmer with no wind!

Hi Rick...glad to see you back posting.  Total empathy on the oral surgery...always takes a few days to get past the swelling and aching (won't say pain exactly).

Was full of energy today and made up for 2 days of laziness ;-)  Walked the dogs for a full 45minutes...probably just over 3 miles since I'm down to about a 13min mile (use to be 15min), then mowed the front lawn and finished up by cleaning up the backyard.  All in all, kept moving for 2 1/2 hours ^_^

Suppose to be raining off and on tomorrow so probably will have to hit the treadmill..which I really don't enjoy..and the dogs feel ignored and cheated LOL  We'll see what tomorrow brings ^_^

Good Morning Rick
I am going to do a 3-mile walk aerobics at lunch and also an hour of water aerobics after work. I hope to do this 3 x times week and also incorporate Curves and some abs workouts.
