support group

Hey guys!!
Quick question... I have to attend a support group meeting at least once before I can have surgery. I am planning on going to Pacific bariatrics. I was wondering if anyone knew when the support group meeting is held at the Kasier Fontana location?? If anyone knows please let me know. I just need a support group that will be accepted by Pacific Bariatric... I plan on calling them tomorrow to see what the requirements are needed. I am mainly interested in the Kaiser Fontana support group since I know where it is and that it is one of the acceptable groups.

The support group at Kaiser in Fontana meets on the last Thursday  of the month. from 6:30-7:30pm. I remember the one I attended was quite full, last I heard they separated it into two groups.You don't need to pre-register. Its in the same bldg that the classes are held.
Pacific Bariatrics holds their own information seminars, that you need to attend along with a support group,around So Cal. The closest one to Fontana would be held in Riverside at the Riverside Convention Center. They have others but they are in Anaheim and San Deigo, among others. The next couple of dates are 10/20/09, 11/18/09, and 12/16/09. They start at 5:30pm, come early it fills up fast. You don't have to sign up or pre-register, but it helps paperwork if you do. I am doing great. Thanks for asking. I finished my 3rd 5k walk yesterday. I am going to shoot for 10k's next. I have to challenge myself.  So when is your last class? PM me and we can chat more. Talk to you soon.
