It's Terrific Tuesday! Gooooooo Morning California!

Happy Tuesday Cali Crew!

Boy was yesterday busy! Ran a ton of errands, did grocery shopping, did some walking, hung out with hubby and still found time to donate blood. Whew! No wonder I passed out at 9:30! Lol! I am seriously thinking of going up to join the Apple Hill Crew! I am trying to talk my hubby into it. I think I am winning! I have family all up and down this state, along with Louisiana, Tennesee, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Michigan, just to name a few! For those that missed it, We are planning a huge family reunion and I am on the gathering committee! Whew! It is a daunting task getting everybody together. We even have family that still live in Portugal and still own the Barros Winery! How awsome blossom is that? I am finding family everywhere! Today brings a doctor appointment this morning. My first with my pcp, since before I had surgery. I hope she is happy with my results as much as I am. Then later today, brings a walk, need to up the exercise. Well, I hope everybody has a wonderful day! Its a brand new day! Clean and with no marks! What color are you going to color it? Its up to you! Mine is going to be beautiful vibrant colors! I want to go to bed tonight happy and satisfied with how I lived today!

Good Morning All!  Wow I slept good last night.  Logged into the computer last night to work on my farmtown / farmville and got distracted and the next thing you know it's bed time.  Slept like a rock!  That's probably because Joe got my leaking dishwasher fixed, my washer that refused to spin was fixed and he made me dinner.  How cool is that?

Today brings my 1 year check up with the doctor.  I'm making some progress, I am totally happy with where I am and how things are going and I know he wants me to lose the final 20 # which I am totally working on. 

Today is going to be a nice sunny day!  My vitamins are in, I'm working on my 2nd bottle of water and need to stop and organize my desk before I go much further.

Good morning Rhonda and the rest of Cali too,

No big plans here today.  Work of course and then at lunchtime I need to run over to the California Theater here in San Bernardino.  We are season ticket holders and Friday is the first show of the season and we still have not received our tickets in the mail.  When I was at the theater about a month or so ago, purchasing tickets for another show, they said they were being mailed out then.  Waited and didn't get them.  Then Mike called them and they said they weren't being mailed out until the 15th.  Hmmmm?????  Well as of yesterday, NO TICKETS.  I'm getting a little angry to say the least.  Last time I got angry at them we got free tickets to three shows.  Let's see what they'll do for me this time.  LOL

I have an eye doctor appointment today at 4:30.  I need new glasses so much.  I can't read with these and I can't see the computer.  I have bifocals as is so I'm not sure what we can do.  I know they do trifocals, but I'm thinking I would have a major difficult time getting used to that.  I'm hoping the eye doctor can come up with some solution because I'm getting eye strain on a daily basis now and coupled with the gloucoma I have it's just not a good thing. I have to take my glasses off to read, put them on regularly to see distance and then move them to the tip of my nose to see the computer.  Wish me luck that he has something up his sleeve to make me see better.

Morning Ms Rhonda and Cali gang..beautiful Tuesday morning, sun is Brightly Shining...no clouds in the sky...and it's going to be mid 70's in this wonderful Sacramento Valley ^_^  Too darn bad I'm stuck at work! :-(

Man, I must live a very boring life compared to all of you!  You all are so busy!  I don't play until the weekend...my work days are just that..work LOL

My good news is we sold the motorhome last nite!!  Yehhhhhhhh Hoooooo!!  Got enough to recoup the price of the new one and pay for the new refrig we had to buy for it.  It is a HUGE relief to have recoup'ed our expense of the new rig..now I'm back at the same level of debt I was before LOL

Missed my support meeting last nite; it was nice that the support leader called me to make sure everything was ok. ^_^  He missed 2 weeks ago and I missed last week also.  We're becoming fast friends..and Lon and I invited him and his wife to join us for our trip to Yosemite.  We should have a blast...the 4 of us just laugh ourselves silly when we get together.

Well, that's it for me...another routine day at the office, then home, walk the dogs, cook dinner and settle in for a couple of hours of TV  and then bed.  Sounds so boring compared to alot you! LOL  But it is time spent with Lon..and that is PRICELESS!!

I have been meaning to ask you, what kind of rig did you get and why do you like MH over a trailer?  We are going to get something, but we are torn between the both.  We want to do alot of traveling when Dougie retires, which we are on countdown.  As soon as I get insurance for myself, then he can go anytime they **** him off.

Good Morning Miss Rhonda and all of Cal,

Rhonda I completely understand about the snoring thing.  When we lived in Lake Arrowhead and we had the windows open at night, I had to close them up, Doug would snore so loud you could hear it outside and around the neighbor hood.  When he got his CPAP machine for sleep apena then it was gone.  But at times still when he falls asleep without his machine on, I can't hear TV.  It's awful and our sleep is just not important to them.

Today brings me a day at the doctors.  I am in and out of the office in about 20 minutes.  He will look at the hole in my scar and clean it up, rebandage me and I am on my way.  I was really disappointed on Sunday, the hole was down to 1cm deep, when he remeasured on Sunday it was up to 1.2 cm.  I know it's better than the 2.2 cm it was, but this thing needs to close up so I can get into therapy and get well.  I want this over with. 

After the doctors I don't know, may do something fun and spontaneous or go and have dinner, maybe a nice steak...yummy!  I know maybe I will go and buy a nice outfit, new clothes always make me feel great, something to wear with my new boots.  My uggs!!!!  At least they are pretty and not ugg-ly....lol!!!!(did u get that play in words there)?

Can't wait to partay with you and Rhonda on Sat.  so glad you are coming out with us on Sat. night too. I need to find something really cute to wear!!!!

Good Morning Cali,

Not a lot going on with me.  I need to go home and clean.  Just ordered some vacuum bags from vacuumbags.com.  

I had to buy a new purse last night as the lining in my then-current purse was tearing.  I purchased the other purse from a guy at the farmer's market this past summer.  The purses that he has are really cute and unusual but poorly constructed.  I paid too much $$ to have to lining torn.

Well, that is all with me.
