Hesperia Support Group Meeting

How did it go last night? What was the topic?

Missed it. Had to get my blood work and ultrasound for gallbladder and/or appendix taken care of.

 It was interesting...she did ask about you.

The topic was emotional eating.  A gal came I didn't recognize and she admitted she wasn't exactly following the diet and the facilitator did not like that!  Even after the new gal left, she kept talking about it to her friend.

I did learn a few things, so it wasn't a total loss, plus we filled out another survey.
