Today I am thankful for a lot...

As you know I am a strong believer in God.  Recently I feel like I have been going through some spiritual warfare.  That usually happens to me when something wonderful is going to happen.  Recently I have had a person throw a lot of negative/dramatic digs at me and at people that I love and adore.  I sat back for a long while and said nothing.  I was/am ashamed of myself for not directly confronting this person.  I finally took a stand and said my peace.  I said my peace privately and as clearly as possible.  I don't know if this person is going to sto*****t, but I shall keep them in prayer that they find their way as they have to be terribly lost and terribly hurt inside to want others to feel as bad as they apparently must feel.

So I am thankful today that......
 
I can pray for some one who hurts others that they will see what they are doing.

I can forgive, because I was forgiven.

I can share my feelings, my hopes, my dreams, and my prayers with my amazing friends here on OH.

Getting this audit completed, it has been a dog!

Getting back into my routine, seems like I have been kind of off since I went to Laughlin.

Having my beautiful daughter who love me unconditionally.

That is a wonderful quote.  I love it.  I have had a really bad week but there are always things to be thankful for.

1.  That I have a wonderful God who loves me in spite of myself.

2.  I think I figured out what is wrong with my car.  Just need to find someone who can help me.

3.  That even though I hate walking to work at 4:45 am, I have 2 feet and the ability to walk

Today I am Thankful for:

Brianna came thru surgery without any complications or surprizes

The wonderful hour long conversation I had with my son...and that I will see all of them Sunday

My wonderful husband...who supports me even when he doesn't agree with my decisions  AND for taking me out to a new buffet restaurant last nite! AND the restaurant gave me a discount because of WLS ^_^

My Saviour, Jesus...who blesses me every day and listens to all prayers and requests.

YOU...all my OH friends...who give such out pouring of love and support...all of you are PRICELESS!

Good Morning Barb! What a great quote. Its a lesson we can all learn. Keep our eyes on the prize! The prize here is successful long term weight loss. With each person's support we can achieve this goal. We have such a supportive group on these boards.

Today I am thankful that...

I have a support system that I can count on. family, friends, this board, and God.

that I am still learning how to work my tool for the optimal results, and people that show me, different ways to succeed.

that I have my health and I am very wealthy in friendship, love, and acceptance.

Life has been kind of trying lately with huge decisions to make, but today I am thankful for...

1. that God has given me the strength to make these decisions and even given me "peace" that they are right decisions for me

2.that this surgery has given me the strength to put me FIRST for once in my life and take control of my life, FINALLY!!!

3. that I have such wonderful friends that I have made here on OH to support me, pray for me, and love me through this hard time in my life.  Love you all and THANKS!!!!

4. I have decided where Tara and I are moving to and we are on our way to a new life. Thanks to the key players in this decision and solution, you know who you are, love you with all my heart and I'm very grateful to have you in my life!!!!
