WWW where are you!

Please send down the cold weather here will you please.  Yesterday I went and opened my bedroom door looked out over Redlands and it was fogging, not 25 minutes later, the Santa Ana winds started and within a few minutes it was beautiful and warm.  Winds don't usually blow because we live in the foothills, but oh goodness, every leaf from every tree in the neighbor hood is in my pool, and our front yard looks like we have a dozen trees out front and we don't have one. 

So no one posted this morning.  I was up at 6, and I didn't even think of coming over here and post.  Ok I will make sure I am here at least on Wednesdays and post.  Don't want to not have something for everyone to leave our weight.  As for me, I am the same, but for someone who does nothing but sit in her reclincer all day, crap that is great.

I am starting therapy next week.  Not pool therapy because the hole has not closed yet in my back, just the hard working one.  I much prefer the pool but hey, some is better than none.  I look forward to just getting out of the house.  My dad will take me and my sister will bring me home when she gets off work. 

This weekend is the So Cal coffee, and then we have plans for the rest of the weekend that will be a blast, I cannot wait, I am going to be doing things that I have never done before.  Can't believe what I am up for doing now, it's not dangerous what I am going to be doing, but it will be with good friends and that always spells great fun.

Hello Cali Friends.  I don't know if I am up or down; therefore, I am not going to give a number this week.  I hope to be much better from here on out.  I have no excuses for not knowing if I am up or down, I just don't want to get on the scale.

I am up 1.3 lbs this week. It is the first time I have gained since surgery. It is ok though. I am not stressing. I enjoyed my weekend in the wine country. And I still lost more around my waist. So all is good. I am going for a root canal this afternoon-yuck.

I am a bit late today. I just got in about an hour ago. I had quite a few errands to do, including picking up our mail at my brother's place. I got a wonderful letter in the mail! I was sent a letter saying that I have 4 guaranteed tickets to go see The Ellen Degeneres Show taping on Nov. 3rd. I am so happy! I have been wanting to go for like forever! My mom and sisters went like 2 seasons ago and they had a blast. They had guaranteed seats too. I got to see them on tv, too!
Yesterday, I had my first check-up with my pcp, since before my surgery and she took me off all my medications. She was so happy with my latest test results! I can't believe I am free of all prescription drugs and I am not even 3 months out! That is such a wonderful feeling!
Today brings me at the same weight as last week so I can't add to our numbers today.
Nancy, I hope Baby Brianna's surgery went well. I am keeping your whole family in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you!

How did you get guaranteed seating for the Ellen show?  I never got a letter from them saying it was guaranteed, I got a letter just like you posted and it said the same thing, about first come, first served.  How did you get them to tell you that it was quaranteed?

When you go online to request tickets there is a box to check if you are handicapped. Due to my blindness in my left eye, I had requested it, as such. Doesn't mean you get closer or better seats or anything. Because seating is actually chosen by the ushers and producers at the show time. Hence, first come, first served. When the woman called from the show, to ask if I still wanted tickets, she told me my tickets were guaranteed, due to the limited number of handicapped seating. She told me the date she had available, which was 11/3. She was going to mail out the letter. I picked up the letter from my brother's on 10/21. I am sure you were just curious. Most tickets do go out for the riff-raff room, and then they fill up the studio from there. How do I know this? As I said I have family that has gone before, and I have several family members that work on the Warner Bros. Lot.  Hope this answers your questions.

I don't post that much but Im keeping up .. I think :)  Put me down for 1.8 lbs lost.

Still having issues with depression..and eating.  Still barfing and when Im upset its even worse.  Well turns out last week I didn't  have a bladder infection.. but i did pass a big kidney stone.. I was pretty shocked but glad it is outta me.  Trying to drink more fluids.

Haven't exercised in about a week cuz i just havent' felt well.. but Im getting better so I will be again soon.

Can't wait to see peeps at coffee on Sat.  I can't believe I've lost 90 lbs in just over 3 months post op.  Pretty awesome.  But I want to be able to eat!!! lolz  I have a dr's appt soon so I'll talk to them then.

Jackie!  I saw your picture on Face book and you look fabulous.  I am sorry about your not feeling well.  Just make sure you take all your vitamins girl.  90lbs that is a lot in 3 months.   Are you coming to the Long Beach coffee I would love to see you.
