OT Calling all Avon Rep's

I have been thinking about becoming a Avon Rep and I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can tell me their experiences.  I have not ever sold anything and am not an aggressive person so I am wonering if I am right to sell things.

Tried it when I was much younger. To much competition where I worked, lost some money.  Yeah you need to be able to be a bit aggressive. Being popular helps too if you are selling to friends/coworkers.  Course I did end up with a lot of stuff cheap.  I have known a lot of people to do well with it though.  All depends on how much you are willing to put into it.
