Hope you are doing well.  I will be at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. 

My dear friend,

Know that you will have all my prayers and thoughts with you tonight and tomorrow.  May the Lord guide your surgeons hands and do a perfect job.  You also get the tiny little butt of your out of that bed as soon as you can and start the walking.  Try and get to the potty right after you are in your room.  The more you walk the healthier your knee will be.  It's alot of grin and bear it, but I know you are tough and will be a winner at this too.

Good Luck on your knee replacment surgery.  Do everything they tell you to do so you will heal correctly!  I will be sending prayers your way!

Will be thinking of you tomorrow Naomi....wish I was close enough to visit!  Will definitely have you in my prayers.  Just remember...physical therapy afterwards is the key to a successful replacement...even if it does hurt!  They sure have come a long way in knee and hip replacement surgeries...but they leave the hard work to you to make it a success...alot like WLS LOL

So I ended up being off for the full day yesterday. It was nice to not have to work. I had a little nap on the couch, then finally got up and went and bought my appliances for the house. Today brings more packing. I just love moving. This will be my 18th move in 14 years. So after this one, I am not moving for a very long time. Not much else planned. I hope everyone enjoys there day!!!!

Good morning California!

We had a wonderful time at LB Coffee yesterday and lunch was a blast!  Thank you Diane and Doug for taking care of us too!

I came home after the fun yesterday and just slept.  I'm getting more and more run down with all this packing and trying to take care of any loose ends before the move.  If there's anything to pray for about me it's that I LET GO and let others take over things they can handle in their own lives.  I really have to stop taking it all on.  It's not easy.

So off to the storage unit today for organizing, packing and throwing away.  Then back home for more of the same.  We took a bunch of meat out of the freezer yesterday to BBQ up tonight so we have quick meals all week long.

So off we go.  Have a great Sunday California!
