Our Friend Kirsten Needs Help!!

As many of you know my friend and crazy running partner-in-crime Kirsten is running the LA Marathon in the spring of 2010.  If you are new to the Cali board, Kirsten is an amazing success story of what is possible with WLS.

She is running for AIDS Project LA and needs to raise a significant amount of money in addition to running the 26.2 miles.  

Now around these parts on OH, we have a long tradition of supporting our own.  We stick together, we cheer each other on, and if we can…we also give of our time.

You can donate directly to her cause (the link is in her signature line), but you can also support her and the other runners by volunteering a****er stop on a Saturday morning at Griffith Park.  

Kirsten gets a $20 credit for every friend that volunteers their time!!  She can have up to two people every Saturday morning at Griffith Park.  We get to cheer on the runners, hand out snacks & water, and point them in the right direction on the course. 

I’m already signed up to work on November 14, who wants to keep me company?
