Our Friend Kirsten Needs Help!!

I would love to do that but you know honey how the situation is right now.  Of course then right now, if you and I were standing next to each other handing ou****er, no man would finish the race, they would be hanging around us and the would never finish the race.  I hope to be up and about soon my friend.  You are looking good too, much love to you and I will be taking care of Kirsten in support in other ways.

Do you know what time they need the volunteers?

Good question! Volunteering begins at 7:45am and depending on the length of the run can last up to three hours.

Volunteers need to arrive by 7:45 am.  Depending on the length of the run, you would be there approx. 3-4 hours....that is until we get to our really long runs!

Here are the dates for the rest of the year that we need waterstop volunteers!  I would guess each run would be between 3 and 4 hours depending on the length.  For most of the longer runs, you would get to see the runners twice instead of just once!  The runners really appreciate the volunteers....be prepared to be greeted with sweaty hugs!  LOL
