You new home looks so nice. I know you are glad it is all yours now. We just bought a house at the auction. We tried buying one from the bank after auction but they would only take cash offers. So we got all of savings together and went to the auction. Unfortunately we don't get to live in it, my son and his family will. We are going to take a loan out on it and they will make all the payments and pay us back any monies due to us. I can't wait for my grandson to show me his new room. Have fun decorating! Oh I love the kitchen too.
