Hello everyone!!  As Thanksgiving gets closer I am looking for rny friendly recipes.  I would love dessert recipes too!  This is my first Thanksgiving after having rny this summer.

Thanks in advance for everyone's help....

Hi There! I hope you are doing well and feeling great since surgery!  I am so excited for the Holidays and I love to bake and have been trying out several sugar free recipes. Some have turned out wonderfully and some not so much
The Splenda website actually has a very good sugar free apple pie recipe that I use and LOVE!  I add a few things to it such as vanilla (home made so extra good), and cinnamon. Go check out the site for the recipe and when I get home I will see what else I have to share.

Here is a recipe I came up with a few years back.  It really is so good and you don't feel deprived at all.

Mock Sweet Potato Pie

1 package Butternut Squash (I have found this in Ralph's or Fresh & Easy
and is already cut)

1/4 - 1/2 small Sweet Potato (optional, but I like the
consistency it brings to the dish)

1/3 cup Splenda

1/4 cup SF Maple Syrup (I prefer the Smuckers brand
Table Syrup)

1 - 2 tsp cinnamon (depends how much cinnamon flavor
you like...I like alot)

Microwave the Squash per package directions but make
sure it gets soft enough. The pieces will darken as it
cooks and this is fine. Either microwave or boil the
potato until it is soft. Discard the peel from the
potato.  Mash the squash and potato until smooth.  Add
the remaining ingredients and spread in a pie pan that you have sprayed with Pam.
Drizzle some more SF maple syrup on the top. Bake in a
350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
