Morning all . . . hope all is well is Cali land!

Today is the day to post our numbers of weight loss (or whatever) . . . any NSV's . . . give us your news! I track all the weight changes for the year and will post them at the end (which is getting oh so close!).

I'm heading to the dr today - maybe get a fill .. . and probably get yelled at . .. but that's the way it goes . ..

Good Morning Chris and the rest of the Cali Group!

I've been missing this post for the last month or so, but I'm trying to get back into the habit. I think when I stalled for a bit I just got a bit discouraged but all is well!

This morning I have an appointment with my NUT then it's off to work I go until later this afternoon when I have an appointment for one of my dogs and then a parent teacher conference this evening...busy day! Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Chris and Cali,

Today I do not see any movement of my scale, but I did get into a pair of size 8 jeans!! Yoo hoo!! This is the smallest I have been since high school. So no movement in the scale is OK if the sizes keep dropping.

I find myself one year older today and ponder, would I have been this happy at 190 pounds??? Maybe, maybe not, but I definitely feel better, look better and am living life better.

Just wanted to say Hi to all. After playing hooky yesterday I need to get busy here although I think my brain is still hanging out with Mickey and Minnie. But with the annual passes Mike and I got we can go anytime we want. We are actually talking about going on New Years Eve. Anyone up for a Disney New Year's Eve Celebration? That could be so much fun. Crowded, but so much fun.
