My Lord, Girl!  have you been watching the news any time lately??? It's RAIN"IN"""G  up there (like what else is new, right? LOL).  My MIL in Kelso says it has poured for the last 2 days.  And snow in Puyallup is not unheard of LOL

You need to STOP and get some long-sleeve t's and some socks!  Capri's, sandals and short sleeve t's...what a culture shock you are in for :-(  I freeze my tosh off every time we go up..even on the one day of summer they have LOL
Have a safe trip and watch out for the trucker's on I5...there are a few crazies among them ^_^

Have you ever shopped at a Fred Meyer, Janeene? That's what you have to look forward to in WA! better than target, walmart, kmart... beats 'em all by a mile, and I LOVE me some target, let me tell you!

Good morning everyone!

Nothing much happening with me.  Since my surgery I seem to have all this energy.  It is such a trip.  My house had been in shambles forever.  Now it is cleaner than it has been in years.  My husband came home last night and couldn't believe it and said how nice it was.  On tope of that I have taken to making him at least the protein part of his dinner - again something I hadn't been doing (we've been married 8 years).  Still very emotional and crying at the drop of a hat.  Also cold, but then it is pretty cold and windy up here in Yucca.  Our TV died this morning but that just means we get to get one of them new fangled flat screens .  Going to do more cleaning and organizing.  Going to a Halloween dance Friday night with my husband and then just chillaz over the weekend.  Go for my two week check up on Tuesday.  Having a good time getting my liquids and proteins in.  That's it for me.

Man...does it feel good to have internet access again at work.  Not only could I not get on to get work-related email...I couldn't get on to work....I connect to a server thru the office network...and it was all down...seems our router finally died and we finally got it replaced this morning.

So, I'm gonna have to spend this evening going back 2 days and reading what everyone has been up to while I was 'disconnected'.  I've been going for my walks at nite with the dogs, make dinner as soon as I return, fall asleep in my recliner, wake up to watch the last 10 minutes of my nightly shows and crawl into bed at 10 or 10:15.

Today won't be much different, except now I can get some work accomplished so the weekend won't feel so stressful worrying about what I couldn't get done.  I even had to do payroll from home yesterday...wish I could convince the boss I only need to come into the office twice a week...work from home the other 3...'gotomy pc' is a wonderful program..I connect from home to my office computer..makes life so much easier. ^_^

Well, that's it for me...I hope everyone has been treating themselves well and taking good care of each other ^_^  Sure nice to be back, even if I only missed 1 full day of you all ;-)

Good Morning All,

Please send good thoughts and prayers that I get a permanent parking space soon.  Last night, I was so tired , that I feel asleep in my car (after I parked).  I got up at 2 am only because I needed to use the facilities.  I came home , in the cold, showed and finally went to bed.  I overslept this morning and did not come into wor****il 9:30 am.

Yesterday, I bought so much stuff from the furniture sale at my job.  I purchased 2  small file cabinets, 2 wooden chairs and 1 Rubbermaid table.  The file cabinets went to my cousin's house, everything else went to my house.
