GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!

So I hit my goal weight today of 220lbs, which is a weight I'd never thought I'd see again.  But thanks to this new lease on life, I did it.  Now I just have to maintin this weight for a few months while I rack up some vacation, sick, and holiday time so my PCP can send me to get my panni removed.

Congrats.....that was fast, but you men really have that thing going for you.  I am so proud of you, not take what you have learned while losing and will you be a continued winner at this game of life.

Javi!  Awesome!  I am so proud of you!    Must be cool not to have to worry about a boob job like some of us that got em hang'n to the knees!  TMI Sorry.  I am so exited for you.  You have really worked your tool and you are a great sucess I can't wait to see you next to give you a great big hug.  Heck I gott a teach a new sign too.  But this one is just too funny you bad boy you,  but that is what I like about you.  Enjoy your glory you so deserve it.
