Coming up on November 7, 2009 @ 9:00am.

Everyone is welcomed! Pre-Ops, Post-Ops, Family/Friends/Support System and anyone just thinking about having weight loss surgery. We will also be having a clothing exchange, so bring clothes that you can't wear anymore. The left over clothes are donated to a local woman's shelter.

Also, bring any unused proteins that you no longer use/need/want.

We are not allowed to bring in our own food or drink. Normally they would have us cater our event through their food services, but make an exception for us as long as wee buy foor from one of their restaurants. I can't wait Katt sounds likefun to me! so many people are coming. I just may bring a surprize guest with me! I can't wait. Should be a good time for all. I forgot about the restraunts there, I know there is Mexican and then Pizza. Do you know what else is there? I am looking forward to the day with friends.

Mmmm the Mexican place has yummy fajitas and of course Tom's Farms famous guacamole. Nom. Cheese in the gourmet cheese shop is always an option too.

With sugar free candies too. I can't wait. Sure wish we did Craig Park again, that was great fun too, but it's alot of work too.
