Found out it was the whey!! OH NO!!!! I get most of my protein from supplements - 50g a day for a total of 100+! How am i supposed to get that from food?!?!? I cant eat that much!!!!!! Maybe a cup to a cup and a half of food at a time.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!

PS - i'm also allergic to eggs and soy.....

Ahhh nuts...Yeh nuts...Plain almonds, walnuts, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dry roasted peanuts.  Things like beef jerkey, chicken or beef vegetable soup, Wendys Chili, crock pot stews (beef or chicken and vegetables), lunchen meats, tuna salad, chicken salad.  Hope these help...Brian  PS  At Trader Joes there are some turkey meatballs you can get frozen...just pop into the microwave...

I think you  need to talk to your surgeon or his nut.  I hope you can get some help because you have to eat.  Good Luck!

I'm not sure of the name of it, but I know there is an unflavored protein powder that you can mix into your food.  Try bariatricadvantage.com
