Good Saturday Morning Cali Friends, what are you thankful for today?

Today I am thankful for....

1. Getting my father-in-law settled in to a room in a place where my mother-in-law will feel safe and secure in saying good bye to him each day without worry.  He likes his new room and his room mate is wonderful and their family is also very involved in his care.  He has his own TV and Ron is even going to bring his chair for him.  We're going to put some family pics on the walls and make it his own.

2.  That today is Saturday and my mother-in-law and I are going to go to about 5 craft fairs that are local.

3.  Talking to my old boss yesterday, and sharing my successes with my RNY as her husband will have the surgery by my surgeon soon too.

This is so true, that is why when I was young and stupid I went to Pt Valletta by myself because no one want to go.  Wound up being my favorite place to vacation!  Bought a timeshare without knowing a thing about them and have loved it!

Today I am thankful for:

The sun, it is going to be a glorious day!

Ms V, she makes me laugh (got herself dressed today - what an outfit!).

I am really thankful for my life, who ever thought it would turn out like this!!

Great quote. What a boring life it would be if we didn't try new things or only tried things that were guaranteed to be a success.

I know taking care of parents as they age isn't easy. It's so hard to when they can no longer live at home.

Today I am thankful for;

1. Having the financial means to take care of all the expenses associated with all the errands I need to run today.

2. My charming and kind husband who always has tons of hugs and encouraging words for me

3. The sun that's out today

Today I am Thankful for:

Owning up to my self defeating snacking and doing something about it!  The scales have moved DOWN a whole bunch  Yipppeeeee!

Recognizing all the hard work and time hubby put into the m/h trying to get it ready for another test run this weekend...even tho we didn't get to go.

Another beautiful day provided by my Father...He does such a glorious Job LOL

Realizing that being 'fired' from a voluntary job isn't a bad thing afterall...I don't have to deal with all the stress that came with it!
