Dr. Quiroz... and I'm on the mend update...

Hi everyone!

Just wanting everyone to know my surgery last Wednesday went quite well! I'm VERY pleased with the results... Dr. Quiroz gave me a "reverse" abdominoplasty, a new belly button "sweet", and a quick fix to my hip.

I haven't been able to sleep well as I'm not a back sleeper... I did take two Tylenol PM last night and feel so much better with deep sleep! Yeah!

I know I'm going to be VERY pleased with the final results. I'm healing so much better and faster than with that whole body-lift ordeal with breast-lift and augmentation. My swelling and pain is just a fraction from my previous surgery. Just need to lay low which is so hard for me.

Anyway, wanted to share what I was up to. I've become a lurker from time to time... happy to see some old and new faces!!!

what is a "reverse abdominoplasty"?

I had the body-lift w/anchor-cut July 2008... this procedure help to tighten the skin (bring it upward... and sculpt below my chest. I was so large in the middle...

but, what does a "reverse" TT do?

It pulls the skin upward to the lower breast... sculpted and contoured below each breast. A TT is pulled downward to the hip. The anchor-cut was tight... I hadn't heard of this procedure either... but it definitely works for my body type. It's tighter and more hour-glass.
