xpost...MY UPDATE!!!

Hello everyone!!!! I just finished my 5 month bariatric classes through Kaiser. Hopefully I should receive a date within the next month;) During the classes I lost a total of 48 pounds and i'm feeling pretty good about myself! 2009 hasn't been the best year but I know things are going to get better after surgery! So many things I can't wait to do!!!

I so recall when I finished my Options classes...It felt so good!  Congrats again!

Bravo on losing 48 pounds BEFORE surgery. That's a great accomplishment.

Good luck on getting a surgery date soon. I am 5 months our and I am glad I've done this. I've said goodbye to 80 pounds so far.
