Today I am thankful for...

1.  My father-in-law being very content in his new place when we visited him yesterday.

2.  For getting so much done this weekend around the house.

3.  For patience.

Getting time to study for my exam,

Having a great friendship with my DH, we love each other but also have a great friendship that makes everything possible!

Thanks Barb!  You are one amazing woman my friend.  I am going to try and sneak up to see you soon.  I get some vacation time coming next month and I so want to run accross the Golden Gate Bridge!  Are you game in joining me?

Do you reall even have to ask?  That goes without saying!  I got a new cold weather exersize outfit I can't wait to try it out!  lol.  I would love it if you came.  That would be just the best.  WE don't have to run how about just walk fast?  I think that would be so awesome!

We could even walk slow LOL  just kidding...but we'll probably stop several times on the bridge...just to take in the scenery ;-)  And after the bridge, we could go walk on the beach...on the Great Highway...and then crash my brother's place; he lives right across the street from the beach..and we could warm up at his place with SF hot cocoa ^_^

Just let me know when and I'll even call in sick if I have to!  Looking so forward to seeing you again soon

Good Morning All!

I haven't been posting for a while, so I thought this would be a good post to jump back in with.

I am thankful that I have finally completed all the requirements for the program and should get my surgery date very soon.  Hoping it will be in December.

I am thankful for the 12-step program and for this support group. 

I am thankful for my great job that I love and that allows me to have the things I need.

I am also thnkful for my terrifc roommate who is such an unending source of support for me.

Today, I'm thankful for being able to move so much quicker!  I was running a bit late this morning and I was able to get everthing together within 15 minutes without gasping for oxygen.  It just reminded me about the weight loss and how much easier it is to do things!
