Terrific Tuesday!
Rhonda
Well I am going to work but that's not too exciting!! I did buy ny turkey's for Christmas and Thanksgiving yesterday cuz Safeway (Von's to you So Cal folks) had them on sale and they even fit in my freezers, cuz I'd cleaned them out! So I guess that is exciting! Since Ron doesn't eat beef or portk I have turkey on both holidays and usually will throw in a pork loin or ham on Christmas for those of us who do eat it.
Ron has done some serious tree trimming in the backyard and things look so nice. He finished staining the fence, he's been busy around the house finishing all the chores he couldn't do while he was in school.
Ron's Dad seems to be happy in his new place still so that's a really good sign and Isla is content at leaving him after her visits, so that's also good.
So, that's about it from my neck of the woods, hope everyone has a great day.
Hugs,
Barb

Barb glad to hear your FIL is doing good, it makes life so much easier.
Today I am going to tour another pre school for Ms V. She really needs to go and get out of daycare. I do not know how people do it with only one income (around here it is close to $900 a month). I have more studying to do got through almost 100 pages yesterday (very dry topic fraud!).
We are running away for thanksgiving so last night we had a mini thanksgiving. I found a split turkey (cut right down the middle!) at Safeway for $3.98 who could beat that. I roasted it made stuffing, baked potatoes, green bean casserole and gravy. We will be eating it the rest of the week! Rick was so happy he told me can I have a turkey sandwich for lunch??? He is so easy to please.
Hope you all have a great day!
I can't amazing it being 38...when I left the house this morning 5:10am my car thermometer said it was 55 outside and I thought that was cold...38 I would have to dress like I lived back east.
Boy, I tell you my little Charlene was a pistol last night...but once she took her bath and I did her hair she really settled down and was fast a sleep by 8:15...
As for me...today I have to go see my plastic surgeon. A couple days ago I had a red spot by on of the sticks and yesterday it got very red and all day it was burning. So, when I got home I took a picture of it and emailed it to him to see if he wanted me to start some antibiotics...well he called me last night and yes, he called in a perception for me to start taking last night and I have to go see him at 1:00 today. I sure hope it is not anything and I don't have to cancel Saturday....I will be really really bumped if that happens...
That is my day....and I better get back to work...
Hope everyone has a wonderful day....
Hugs, Michele

Tennis??? I so miss playing tennis. I used to play in high school and was pretty good! Next time you're out this way for work, bring a racket and we'll go play. It will be better than sitting in traffic trying to drive that long way home!
I'M IN TRAINING AND YOUR HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! http://apla.convio.net/site/TR/Events/NationalAIDSMarathonTrainingProgram-MARATHONONLY?px=1351601&pg=personal&fr_id=1050
Crispy morning here in Sac..42deg on the car thermometer...just what I love...beautiful FALL weather. Suppose to reach mid 60's..which is Perrrrfect ^_^
Ms Rhonda...be sure to take care of YOU...you give your heart and soul to everyone else...remember you are just as special as they are!
Hang in there Delores...you'll find the right pre-school..just when you think it is time to give up, one will come out of nowhere and be perfect for Ms V
Barb...give my love and a hug to Isla...she has such a sweet continence about her...and a really positive attitude!
Lil Michele...sure hope the hot spot is nothing serious and that the antibiotics put a quick end to it...you've got a good doc who is smart to not 'blow it off'. And what a smart idea to email a picture of the hot spot! I would never have thought of that ;-)
And since no one else has posted I don't know what you all are up to..no good? saving the world? I would add you to my shoutout but you aren't here yet! LOL So to all of you, Have a Wonderful Tuesday! You all are PRICELESS!
Today is routine work but it will be quiet as the 'boys' are working out of the office. So nice when it is just my office manager and myself...I even had time yesterday afternoon to teach her how to post money to our database. It will be the first time in 18 years I will have somebody crossed-trained to handle the money when I'm out of the office...thank the Lord!!
Lon got the new radio/DVD installed in the m/h yesterday... AWESOME sound coming out of the speakers, which are throughout the rig. Standing in the 'livingroom' is like sitting in a movie theater with Surround Sound..it was just sooo cool! He even figured out how I can watch the DVD while he is driving (not suppose to...its set up that the DVD only plays when the emergency brake is on)..found out that the brake doesn't engage until the 'second click' LOL..Gotta love that man!!!
Time to get to work...cus tomorrow is a Holiday.. Veteran's Day...Remember all who have served our Country...those state-side and abroad..and especially those who died for our liberties and the right to make our voices heard.! We owe all of them a debt of gratitude ^_^
Hugs
