Greetings all,
Well its that time of day again where we tell all what we did to "Move to Lose" today and remember that every little thing counts.....No matter what it is.
I decided to do an intense workout with that Gilad character on Fit TV and boy I am paying the price. I have not had an intense workout like this for a couple of weeks and man I feel it. Little shakey but hopefully it will pass......I sure do miss the evening walks.

Hi rick,
just got back from a walk around the lake, it was great time of day for it. Lots of other people walking, biking, skating and pushing baby strollers. Never lonely when you walk the lake. So I have tracked 2.5 miles so far today, will do another mile later. I have to do some reading now, been gone all morning.

I just snuck off to change into my running clothes and am sitting at my desk counting down the minutes. I am meeting a friend at the track tonight while the boys have football practice. I will be running approx. 45 minutes tonight. Hope the legs are better to me than they were on Saturday.
