Good morning everyone,

Well its that time of day again that we all tell what we did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember that everything counts....From doing housework for an hour or chasing down the grand kids. Important thing is that we just keep moving.

Im trying to follow the doctors orders but just couldnt take it any longer. I found an old stationary pedaling device that we had for my mom to use before she passed away and pedaled on that thing for 45 mins. Have no clue how far of a bike ride that would have been but my pedometer said my legs moved 1.46 miles. I really needed that today....

On a side note, I posted this on my profile but figured I would post it here as well. I started my journey after WLS at a BMI of 61. After losing 170 pounds, my BMI is 39. I have lost 1/3 of my body mass in 9 months...........I am just amazed.

Have a great day all...........Rick

Hi Rick,
you are doing fantastic!

today I walked five miles, it is the farthest I have been in one shot.  I was tired when I got home.  I think I did an extra mile wondering through the store, I hit Target, Ross, Safeway, Marshall's and the hostess bread store.  I am going to eat lunch now and then do some reading.  I am enjoying my last day of vacation!

Hey Rick
You have done so amazing. I only hope that I can be as successful as you :)

I plan on doing the wii fit for at least 30 minutes plus I have to clean the house. Or as I put it be domestic... I am so not domestic lol but it's gotta get done.

Have a great day!!
