Wonky avatar!
I don't post often but I "lurk" a lot. LOL I wanted everyone to know that I get so much inspiration from reading the posts. Thanks!
I am one of those slow losers but I am hanging in there. I work out a lot ,about 8.5 hours a week. I work with a trainer, take a dance class and a yoga class and a water aerobics class as well as doing some cardio on my own. The weight is slowly coming off but the good news is that there is lots of muscle replacing the fat. :) My surgeon actually told me I would lose faster if I exercised less!! Then in the next breath, he said NOT to change a thing I am doing. So I will settle for being a slow loser....*sigh*
I changed my avatar to a new pic and the pic somehow appears squished on OH. I actually look heavier than I was to start with!! Not encouraging to me! What can I do? Or is there an expert avatar-changer person out there that I can send my pic to? LOL

I am so glad that you are still losing, and who cares if you are a slow loser, you are doing exactly what the doctor ordered and with all the exercise, heck you are really going to be a different person!
You look good squished!!! Don't worry about it, and if I knew how to change it I would be glad to help you, but I don't. Wish I looked good squished!
Take care, Diane
