Gee, I feel like a piker.  I did 20 minutes on my Gazelle.  that doesn't sound like much compared to some of you-all's workouts, but it was great for me, and made me feel pretty good!  I also did some stretching, so I am up with my gameplan, working my program . . . all that jazz.

Going to do a 45 minute run after work today.  Thighs are still sore from that damn hill in Griffith Park on Saturday.  Going to take it easy today.....we move up to 10 miles on Saturday!

I got home late today, so I only felt like doing a 30min ride for 9miles.  tomorrow I'll be back on schedule.
