Wrong Surgery Performed

Well to my amazement, yesterday I found out that the doctor who perform my bariatric surgery did the wrong surgery on me.  I was told I was having an RNY, when complication arised and studies were done, it was found that the doctor did a mini bariatric which a lesser quality surgery prone to complications.  Now, my life has been ruined because now I have to be on Ensure for the rest of my life.  I am pissed off since I have been in the hospital for 7 days has to be put under probably two more times and perhaps have the surgery redone the right way.  The doctor considered sending me to San Diego where the surgery was performed, but I don't know since the second time around is even riskier.  What do you think.  I feel defrauded, scarred for life, and taken advantage off.  The Doctors here are Kaiser cannot believe what happened since they paid full price for an RNY not more not less.  Beware!!!

OMGosh!! I am so sorry to hear this. Is there anyway to get your medical records to take to an attorney? Is there anything legally that can be done. I'd check into it. Hope you're better soon. x0x0x0

Holy ****!  NO way!  WOW.....I don't know what to say to you but I would start having conversations with Mr. Tanaka.

Sorry you have to deal with this now but I would begin speaking to Pac Bar and have them give you an explanation.  You'll have to then seriously think about your next steps.

I am not going to make further comments, it is with the attorneys. He will figure out what happened. I am not speaking to PacBar about it.

I am so sorry too! You have every right to be angry.  I just can't believe what some people will do.  That physician needs to have his license removed.
