I can't get my pic up, Can I get some help pleasee

Ok this is probably a no brainer but I haev been trying to get my pic up for 2 days with no luck!! I can't get the picture to shrink. I am so frustrated, please can someone help?

You know what my roomie is really good at it, I will have her post tomorrow and either she can help you out, or shrink it for you and send it back to you for it to fit.  I would tell you, but I don't know how either.

This was so frustrating for me too. An OHer told me to open my pic in a photo editor program and then use "View" to resize and save. My pic was 100% x 100% and I changed those numbers to 50% x 50%. The pic then went into the avatar slot beautifully. Good luck.
