 Thanks for the info.  They offered me 2 that charged $185 and one that charged $275.  I think I may be able to submit mine and I am checking if Bock is a preferred provider.  I really appreciate you care and support.

 Thanks Teresa!  Would have never guessed it was you!!!  How is your knee and are you getting around OK?  Sorry to miss seeing you and your progress but I am working on me and my project!  

Hehe...Teresa...  That's my alias, lol!  But to answer your question, I'm getting better.  Still working on full extension and flexion of the knee, but slowly it's getting there.  Thanks so much for coming by to see, and sorry if I was just a little bit out of it!

Hey Christi.......so sorry you won't be there for coffee, but getting your AUTH is so important.  I will pray for sleep apnea (co-morbitities will only help your cause) .  Keep us updated.  Hopefully you will be having surgery soon.  I know how hard you have been trying to get this done.  Take care my friend.

So Sorry you can't make iton Sat but we all understand that surg approval takes higher priority over a coffee gathering.,  I think y ou should try to stick with Dr. Ali - HE IS AWESOME

Also regarding psych evaL I went to Dr. Scott Bolivar in Fullerton and he is the best....plus he is a WLS patient himselp so he totally understands our issues.

We are all here for you and know we will miss you on Sat.,
