Done at Last

Hip Hip Hooray for me.  Finished my tax class today and now my Saturday's are mine again.  I scored a 92 as my final total grade.  I only needed a 70 to renew my license so I'm just happy as can be. 

After class Mike and I took a drive up to Big Bear to have a celebratory dinner.  It was darn cold up there, but a lovely drive up and back.  The air was just so clean and crisp.

So it's on to Thanksgiving on Thursday and next Saturday, I'm sleeping in.  I don't care if I have to knock myself on the head or go get some of Diane's drugs to keep me sleeping, but I'm not getting out of bed until I'm good and ready.  It's been a long 3 months, but I made it through and I'm so HAPPY.

Time for some sleep now.  Good night everyone.

Hopefully one of these days I may make it to Long Beach Linda.  It's not that it's all that far.  Diane and I live quite close to each other and she goes.  My problem is always time.  December is all booked for me already and then January is here and my Saturday's are spoken for AGAIN until April 15.  But after that, assuming I don't do anything crazy like decide to give up my Saturday's to higher learning again (there is only so much knowledge I can cram into my brain and I'm thinking right now I'm filled up...no more room in there) I might be able to make one of those get togethers.  But you should look for some get togethers out our way.  Diane and I have talked about doing some things out here on a Sunday until I get released from tax hell.  Hope you are having a great day.  I plan on doing absolutely nothing.

Yay Steph! That is such a fantastic score! Great job! Congratulations! Sounds like you had a very nice romantic evening. The drive to Big Bear is very nice. I was able to go there this last summer (I know its so close, but I am usually going down the hill, instead of up the hill), It is such a beautiful and quaint older town. I love the "Mayberry" feel of it. Sleep in next Saturday, you so deserve it! Unless you decide to celebrate by going to go see Mickey!

WOW, I can't believe that you have taking that class for 3 months!  I know you are glad that it is over, and you are once again free.  I am so happy for you, a 92, gee, I thought you were smarter than that, but now i have to lower my opinion of you.  Congrats my friend, and I promise not to call you next Sat and wake you up
