**OT UPDATE on my eye***

I am sorry that you are going thru this. I am glad the opthamologist did a good through exam. SOrry i was so harsh and screaming at you. You can nevver ever be too careful. I will keep you in positive thoughts..
Hang in there. If it were I would have the steroids.
I truly hope that this is not MS.

I am glad they are finally doing something for you. I am sorry that you have to go through this. I know this is very frustrating and scary at the same time. You also want to get mad at somebody, anybody because you want answers. I totally understand and can empathize with you. I have been there. I started losing my sight in 1996. They couldn't tell me why or give me a reason or anything. I went to Doheney, LAC/USC Medical, USC, etc. nothing. I had biopsy after biopsy done. Every test they could do, they did. I had so many people look into my eyes, I wanted to charge for my own peep show, lol. Ultimately, they decided to remove my left eye in 2001. They treated it as a cancer. I was given chemotherapy rounds, and radiation daily.I was trained at the braille institute in LA  to use a white cane and how to do daily living activities. I didn't need to, use any of those skills.  I survived. I won. In 2004, I was diagnosed with MS. I live with it, or rather it lives with me. I am not defined by these setbacks. I take what God has put on my plate and I work with it. In talking with you, I know you are the same way. You are strong, what ever the answer is I know you will conquer and overcome what ever setback is headed your way. I am not making this about me, I am showing you an example that its not the end to lose your sight as scary as that may sound now. I am praying that this is only temporary, and that the MRI will show no sign of a tumor or cancer or MS. I hope that you will take the 3 day IV steroids. I also pray that there won't be any long term effects concerning your body and its healing. You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers.
