Good Morning Calif...........
Welcome to my manic monday. Today at work I have tons to get done before 8 o'clock. UGH! I need to finish up one report, finish up some billing, and I need to ask the computer gods to help me change the dates on some stuff that was entered wrong, and get everything ready for the meeting at 8. I just hope I have the stuff to make it the rest of the day. I should just hook up IV coffee. See if that helps get thru the day.
Katrina...........I am so very sorry about the tuff times you have had in the past few months. Its great to see that you are looking forward to the better times. Congrats on the new-ish car. Let me know when you want my shopping list for christmas.
Katt..............How was sound check today and both services? 4 days to get the place ready is great enough time for a nap. I work Thanksgiving, like always. So I don't have to worry about cooking or anything. Yeah for me, NO cleaning.
Barb2......I have no creativiness in me and I really can not waiting to see what you have done. I am happy the bears won also. I love foot ball and my team is Norta Dame. Yes! collage.
Chirs.......Thank you sharing your photo's of the 3 day event. It really look like everyone was having a ton of fun. Really makes me want to do it.
Mechelle.........So what team do you scream for? I love puppies breath also, so I understand what you mean. I hope you had a great visit with your friend. That always makes a great day.
Grandma Mo...............Congrats on the new family members. Puppies are so much fun, and sooooo much work. LOL Loved the pics, so flipping cute. I hope you was able to get a nap, but sure that after the puppies came you BOTH crushed for a few hours. I hope this years is muhc better for you then the past one.
Dolores......So how was the wine and cheese thing? Where did you go? I am glad you had a great time at the lunch, and I love clothing exchanges. So much fun. :-D

Stephie.............Hey girl, Knotts is free for me and few friends from the 11/26 thru the 12/20 we should plan a trip. I love Knotts, and the price is right FREE!!!!

Lady D..........how was NASCAR today? I hope Doug is not so sore today and that he did not hurt himself to much. Yep coffee is going to be fun. I hope I can make it. I keep forgetting to double check my counting at work and see if I am off. So did Mark win?
Leslie P...............My friend and I are planning a marathon movie day soon. To much fun. So did you warm up? and get your house work done?
Liz.............sister of my heart. Yes, I miss your morning talks also. Maybe we should change that to like 9 oclock at night, since our mornings are so busy. 44 miles??? shoot, that much be why my thighs are killing me.
MsBlues..........Sundays are made to be lazy. How is your mom doing? I hope recovery is going smooth. It would be great to meet you also. Maybe some day.

Wow, I'm first to post, woo hoo!!! I have to be off to San Diego shortly for preop, just wanted to pop in and say hi sweetie and Cali crew!

Good Morning Lu and Cali Friends,
Lu, you could absolutely do yard art, it's like a gigantic paint by numbers! I took some pictures of the process and will try to post them soon as it really is easy. I think the most challenging for me is cutting the plywood and that's Ron's job which he really does well.
Yesterday we visited Ron's Dad and while he looks good, it is quite obvious that his health is declining. He fell out of bed on Wed and fractured a rib so they are keeping a close watch on him. He is not complaining of any pain but he sleeps about 85% of the time now. He did watch some football when we came and managed a little smile. I guess were it me in that situation I would sleep too, cuz there isn't much to look forward to and all you can eat is pureed food. UGH.
On a happier note, Isla and I had a great time painting yesterday. I finished the first piece and am working on my 2nd. Isla is almost done with hers and will probably move on to her 2nd today. We have 6 pieces total.
Today is the 1st of 3 workdays this week so I hope they go by fast.
Well, better get moving here. I hope everyone has a great day and Thanksgiving week.

Great shout out Lu! I was good at the wine and cheese and only had one of a few things, one slice pita chip with hummus, one salami cheese roll, one sourdough chip with spinach dip and one tortilla chip with artichoke dip- they all tasted so good and I was stuffed. I did not want to make dinner by the time I got home!
Today it is back to the site by myself this next three days. That is OK, I will get lots done. I am counting down to Monterey, got our tickets to the aquarium on Saturday. Hopefully it will be nice and we can do the drive (17 mile I think it is called) on Saturday.

You have always been the best at it. I tried it once and I was bushed afterwards. Cafe world is addictive and I hate it. I love it I hate it I love it I hate it. Drives me nuts. I have to plan all my activities around when my food is going to be done! lol. I got back up plans if I have to be somewhere, it is all so sick. I don't know who got me started I think it was that Diane chick, but I am not sure, now I got Jean and Lori and Linda blaming me for getting them hooked when I told them to not go near the darn thing. It is all so sick, but we love it, keeps us out of the bars at night I guess.
Yesterdays lazy day was wonderful, got to catch up on some shows I have tivo'd and get some good huggle time with the family and the dog. My Dog is amazing, she knows me so well and is always there for me.
Well got to go and meet up with some gal pals today and hang. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and gets into trouble then we will know you are having fun. Enjoy ladies and gents and do something wild and crazy just because you can!

Good Morning Cali Crew! Great shout out Lu!
Grandma MoMo is over the moon with her new puppies. We ended up with 9 of the little beasties. 5 chocolates, 4 blacks. 6 males, 3 females. 2 of the females are chocolate, 1 is black. 3 males are chocolate and the other 3 are black. They're all healthy little toads. I make sure the 1 runty baby always gets picked up and latched onto a nipple. At least twice a day I also make sure that I take the 5 largest "kids" away from the bar and let the 4 smallest have a go at it.
Today brings me calling the vet to make an appointment for all them on Wednesday. Dew claw removal and a check up. We'll get them started on their puppy shots when time.
I'm holding down the fort here this week. Hopefully it will be a slow slow slow week.
