Did you "Move to Lose" Today

Greetings all,

Well its the beginning of a new week and that time of day to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember everything counts.......From taking the stairs instead of the elevator to chasing new puppies as long as we just keep moving.

For me, well I am sicker than a dog today.....Feels like my head is going explode. Sinuses are plugged, ears are killing me and running a low grade fever so no moving for me today LOL.

I spent the weekend on my treadmill trying to work out my stress level but to no avail. Hopefully I will feel up to doing some more tomorrow but today its just a moan and groan day

Gonna get in a bike ride to the mailbox tonight. It is just under a mile there and back.

WOOT WOOT!!!! I'm going  to move tonight!  I'll be doing 60 minutes of cardio and of course those famous weights!

Hi Rick,
hope you get to feeling better.  I have been taking the stairs here at the hangar.  Then tonight I will do the elliptical (45 min) finally got DH to put it back in the family room the garage was too crowded.

I walked to my car from work.. lol... its not alot but it was walk through Macy

I planned on going to the gym, but really wanted to spend time with my husband so we walked to dinner (around a mile). I know , not perfect, but there are some times I just want to be home afterwork.
