Yes I know Michelle my friend from work we are WLS support buddies finished his classes Oct 3 and was fist told Nov 21 then BAM 3 hours later a call came asking if he could be in TOMORROW!!! He was in shock he got his surgery on Oct 14th. I was on my way to see him after work when i was in my car accident.

I wanted to go there, but they dont do the sleeve. And I want the sleeve. OOh keep me updated on your date and time. I might drive down to check on ya.  Im sooo thrilled for you already done. One more CLASS!!! rock on my dear rock on.

I will for sure keep you updated on my progress and date... I am getting really excited. It would be great to see you :) Hopefully I can make it to the Disneyland outing... I love love love Disneyland.

I know I was thinking that too. Hopefully we both wont be in surgery and if we have had surgery are well enough to go and if we have not had surgery it would be a great last adventure before being down for a while.

That's great Katrina!  I finished my Kaiser classes on 10/02/09 and have just completed some make-up classes and visit with social worker.  I am doing my final labs this week.  I am still struggling with the 10% though, but I am not giving up.  Everyone from my class who have had surgery (about 5 so far) selected the sleeve and all went to WLA.  They are super pleased!  It'll be here before you know it!

Nathalie I know!!! I figure hey I can at least get my walking in if not get on the rides (if I am finally post op). Walking and talking with new people will be enough for me.
