Extreme diarrhea - How concerned should I be?

Hi all,

I am experiencing the worst episode of diarhea, with no vomitting, I think I've had in memory, pre or post surgery. I've gone over in my head everything I've eaten the past two days and nothing there should have made me dump.  I also didn't get the other dump feelings either, but I've been out of town eating out for my meals and I may have eaten something that had sugar, but didn't know or I was served something bad.

I can't seem to keep anything down including water.  I've been like this since 10 am this morning.  Any idea on when I need to start worrying about dehydration? Are they symptoms that will signal I am entering the danger zone?

You might have a flu bug, but I really don't know.  I would say if your gut feeling is to call the doctor I would.  Always listen to those feelings. Feel better soon. Keep us posted.
