Greetings all,

Well its time once again to tell us all what you did to "Move to Lose" today and just remember that everything counts........From mowing the lawn to chasing down those must have sales items at the mall......As long as we just keep moving.

Sorry this hasnt been posted for the past few days but I have just been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I went to a support group meeting in Riverside last night and I must say, I actually had a good time. Met alot of interesting people and even seen som OH friends.

For me today, I did 50 mins on my treadmill and have to get to a doctors appointment this afternoon. Nothing real exciting but at least I got moving. If the weather holds up, I might go do a metal detecting trip in the mountains this weekend......That should be interesting

Have a great day all..........Rick

Hey Rick...so glad to see you posting...thought we had lost you due to your foot, toe, ankle...shees, I never can keep 'facts' straight. chalk it up to dead brain cells under the gray hair LOL

But I am Happy to see this post back up...it gives me a serving of guilt..uhhh I mean motivation, to get out there and walk. ;-)  I guess if my pooches can do their business in the snow, I can walk a mile or two in chilly gorgeous sunshine LOL

Happy to hear all is well with you, Rick...and thanks for posting this thread again ^_^

My husband went with me to the gym today and I did 20 mins on the elliptical machine and another 20 mins on the bicycle. It's so nice to have a buddy to go with you and break up the monotony of it.
