B: I had a scrambled egg and homemade salsa

I'm sipping my way thru my super-protein pitcher that contains about 90+ grams of protein. Not sure about the rest of the day, I need to buy groceries still. Yesterday I cleaned out the fridge of the last Thanksgiving leftovers.

Oh, and I had my first half of my vitamins already. I'm getting dressed to walk over to the gym right now.

I drink Nectar protein, the Fuzzy Navel (orange-peach)flavor. Sometimes I throw in a little crystal light to mix up the flavor, like today there's a some mango green tea in the pitcher.

It's a refreshing change from the milky, chocolaty protein drinks.

Of all flavors by Nectar the Fuzzy Navel made me wanna BARF!  I am not fond of the milky, chalky ones either.  I normally do the Isopure RTD but those have become way too sweet!

Hey Monica
receipe is real simple ^_^  For me, it has to be!  I am no cook by any stretch of the imagination LOL  You can find the receipe on the back of a Heinz Chili Sauce bottle:

1 bag Foster Farms Turkey meatballs (Homestyle or Italian)
1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce (or Wall Mart brand Great Value)
1 can Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce (can't remember oz but it only comes in 1 size I think)
1tbs cayanne spice
1tbs cinnamon

optional ingredients:
1ttbs brown sugar  (my sister added this but I don't think you need it)
1/2 cup sliced olives

Pre-mix chili and cranberry sauces, cayanne, cinnamon, sugar and olives in quart sauce pan...once hot pour into crockpot or similar slow cooker
Throw in turkey meatballs, set at low heat for all day cooking...or high for 4 hours.....serve when ready.
Enjoy!
Nancy
