Wow it's already Thursday!  I watched my favorite TV show till 11 last night and then I fell fast asleep.  At our house all the decorations are up but I have yet to buy one present.  I will get that done in one day.  I know what I am getting everyone, and I am waiting for Dougie to be off so he can help me.  Not used to not being able to do things myself, I just can't wait till I am once again independent.

Well this is going to be short, Doug is home today and we have a party that starts at 1130 so I need to start to get ready.  Everyone enjoy your day.

Yes there is so much to be thankful for and what a beautiful time of the year.Gus and I love Christmas whi*****ludes all the family time, beautiful decorations, and the gift of giving.

Gus is in a training all day today at work...so dont know how soon he can get to his  BUT yes that boy is just waiting for tomorrow

So good to see you! Ugh...I am in training all day but on a quick break!  Whoo hooo I can smell Friday and am so ready to  when it hits 5pm or even a few minutes early

Hey Cali,

Not a lot going on with me.  I returned that crappy heater to Bed, Bath & Beyond last night.  Darn thing wasn't worth the ink on the receipt.   Thanks to Baby, I was there and back home in less than an hour.

Today, I am going to finish another set of fingerless gloves (chocolate brown). 

Right now, I am sitting at my desk drinking coffee.

Last night, I went for a 45 min run.  I still like running in the morning -- way less traffic.

Anyway, I have to go.

Jumping int to say HI see what everyone is up to today.  The guys are off to Board of Directors today, my office manager has called in sick again for the 3rd day..my parttimer,well, is in but only for a few hours...then I am all by myself...sighhhhh....so peaceful ;-)  I've got some billing to do and payroll to get set up..but other than than..nice peaceful quiet day.

Tonight I'll finish up my scarf, get out the Christmas ornaments and 'do' the house.  If I have time after that, I'll start Brianna's baby blanket...I'm actually getting excited about trying to crochet one.  This weekend is a carving seminar with my favorite instructor from back east...a caricature called Dusty.  Hopefully I'll get it completed before Christmas...I'll post pictures once he is painted ^_^

Christmas will be very low-key...probably head up to our 5th wheel at 1000 Trails for the 4 days...I get 1/2 day off Thursday which will give me a 4 day weekend.  The Sunday before Christmas we will attend our annual church Christmas buffet.

Hope everyone has a great day...rain is coming our way..which is a whole lot better than this frigg'n cold freezing weather we've got now LOL

Good Morning All!  Sorry I've been MIA lately but I've been one busy on-the-road girl!  Monday morning they put out the call that help was needed in Auburn and Placerville.  I went home packed a bag with 5 days of clothes and headed out.  Auburn first.  We got that cleaned up and they sent me to Placerville on Tuesday.  That place was a mess.  Mother Nature had a serious temper tantrum there!  Lots of broken things.  Worked my butt off there and then they sent me to a hotel ....... not the best.  Woke up in the morning and some disgusting jackA$$ had broken out a window in my car and stole my canvas bag I keep my stuff in. Some bills, my Nintendo DS and 8 games and accessories, a book, brand new umbrella.   Total value of the bag of goodies was $656 I was (and stil am) pissed, but I have got to say my car insurance company is the best.  Filed a glass claim (I have no deductible coverage on glass) by 8:10 the glass company had called me, they picked the car up at 10 and had it back to me before noon cleaned up and ready to go.  That is some SERIOUS service.  Still waiting to hear back from the police to file a report.  The hotel people could care less.  The thieving jerks also ripped a concrete parking bumper up and put it behind my tires.  WTF??? 

Puppies are all doing great!  They're starting to find their voices and move around.  I think they're going to Unionize and demand a bigger box so I'm moving them to the back room today.

I'm back at work and digging through my paperwork.  This weekend finds Joe and I headed to the coast for Jayden's birthday party, visiting with Joe's 2 older kids, taking them to dinner and visiting with friends.  Looks like we're going to be battling the snow though.  Oh well.  We have a 4X4 truck with excellent tires - we can go just about anywhere!

Back to the grind!

Hey Mo...so sorry to hear of your troubles up the hill. :-(  Seems tis the season...one of the hotel reps from Hawaii came by to see my boss on Wednesday..said his rental car had been broken into....front windshield smashed to bits and his GPS stolen.  Just doesn't pay to leave anything in the car anymore..even if it's hidden!

By seeing reports on the news, Placerville and Pollack Pines have been out of electricity since the weekend :-(  You would think people would have generators up there!  Have fun celebrating Jayden's b/day!  He is sooo cute!
