B: 2 pieces of bacon and a n/f s/f latte.

L: going out with a friend?
S:hard boiled egg/1/2 cup fage dip
D: 1/2 cup ground beef, 1/2 cup fage dip and some tomatos
S: ?????
Vitamins: I haven't taken them for two days so I better today. UGG
Water: Gotta drink some.
Exercise: Plan on doing a 45 minute run.
Who is next?
B: Vanilla Cream Protein shake in soy milk
S: Decaf coffee, coffee, coffee
L: 3oz albacore tuna with 2tbs low-fat mayo
S: Quaker low-fat chewy chocolate chunk bar
D: 3-4oz steak, 1/4c veggies
Vitamins: 1/2 done..working on the rest
Water: coffee this am; Propel this pm
Exercise: gotta get on the treadmill!

I drink while running and I drink daily I just don't like PLAIN water. I drink a lot of crystal light or sugar free stuff you put into water and I also drink a lot of decaf tea, so I guess I should give myself credit for drinking that. ;-) I also drink a lot of decaf coffee.
So, I do drink I just don't like to drink my water plain.

Exercise: going to attempt the 30 day Shred again. We'll see how it goes. I tried level one the other night and lost it when I was dying and Jillian Michaels was screaming at me saying that she has 400 lb. people that can do this! I yelled right back at her and was DONE! LOL

However, I was ordering my sandwich at Panera and there was that big display of all their bread, cookies and pastries and there was this brownie just sitting there looking at me.

Monica: What? Who me?
B: Yeah, you. You know you want me. Look at all my dark chocolatey goodness, just sitting here.
M: Mmmm. No.
B: Awwww, come on. Just order me, I'm not that expensive. I go good with coffee.
M: You'll taste good, but you'll make me sick later...all sweaty, nauseous, and dizzy. I know how you are. You are no friend. Besides, you'll make me fat.
B: But you're walking tonight, and you have not eaten today. You must be starving.
M: I have my turkey, thank you. Nope. Not gonna do it.

B: 1/2 cup of 2% and 1/2 cup of Total Blueberry Pomegranate cereal
S: 1/4 cup of Chex mix
L: some home made chili, 93/7 ground beef, tri-tip, onions, 'maters, all kinds of peppers, pinto beans & kidney beans.....really spicy, and good!
S: 1/4 cup of almonds
D: more chili...this time with some cheese on top
Vitamis: done
Water: 64+ ounces
Exercise: 20 flights of stairs, and 1.5hrs on the bike, 24 miles
I'm beat!
